What is Coaching Like?
Based on my personal experience coaching is like non-other. It helps me to see myself more clearly and chart my life’s path with confidence. It also helps me to appreciate my unique qualities. Yes, I still have a coach and coach has a coach.
Based on what my clients have reported back, they love the fact that they can “talk about concerns without feeling judged”.
They also like the experience of having someone who understands how they feel about particular occurrences in their lives or sharing dreams without being looked at as they’re “crazy”.
They have also said that it is an opportunity to see themselves, visualize what is standing in their way of success, whether it be in relationships, careers, and/or decision making.

Indeed I do! My practice is person-centered, strategic, practical, all while assisting you with developing into the whole person that you desire to become.
What Kind of People do you coach?
I coach people from all walks of life. It really is not about who you are from outward appearances, it really begins with you examining your current strategies and working on cultivating new results-oriented strategies. We are all the same in that all of us have been groomed and bought into the notion that we are flawed. I assist my clients with true self-acceptance just as you are and from there we work on how to strategize a plan that will garner optimal results so that you may begin to live your best life. However, coaching only works when we make it up in our minds that we want to really put in the work to procure different results. When we decide that we want to show up differently in this world is when coaching will work for us. We must invest in making a change and we all need help from a trusted source that will provide a safe and experienced space.
What is the difference between therapy and coaching?
This is a popular question that many people have. A therapist’s point of focus usually entails finding out the reasons for a client’s behavior and the thought patterns surrounding each concern. A therapist is also trained to diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
A coach’s focus is assist the client with overcoming current situations that the client deems undesirable. A coach also assists with helping clients develop patterns of behaviors that will help them become consistent in their changed behavior in effort of achieving desired results. Coaches do not diagnose, which is the key difference. However, I can make referrals if one of my clients is struggling with mental health concerns.
